Thank You For Attending Open House

We had a wonderful Open House yesterday evening! It was so nice to meet so many families and EHBi alums. Many of you shared memories about when you were students here, and I look forward to continuing many of the traditions that are important to our students and families. The more we can welcome families, caregivers, and community members to our school, the more we can share the wonderful ways that we educate students and build our innovative school community.

Important Reminders

Late Arrivals
We continue to work with the bus company to ensure all students are able to start their school day by 8:58.
Now that our parent drop off routine is flowing well, we will be closing the gym entry door at 8:58. Students who arrive after the door is shut will need to be accompanied to the main entrance by a caregiver and the office will issue a late slip.
Time on learning is important, and we want to maximize every minute of our school day!

Pie Sale Is Live!

It is that time of year again and EHBi PTAC is holding its annual pie and cookie dough fundraiser! One of the biggest sources for funding our students' field trips! Delivery of pies and cookie dough will be right in time before the holiday season! 

Follow the link below to register online and be able to share this yummy fundraiser, hassle free, with family and friends, near and far! They can make their selections and payment right through the website! Pictures and ingredient lists of the products are also included on the website! ONLINE SALES ARE ALREADY OPEN! Once you register, you can freely share the link to your store at this point!
If you find that you need help registering, please stop by the PTAC table during open house on Thursday evening and we will gladly assist you with the set up!

Paper order forms will also be coming home for anyone that prefers that option. 
Send paper order forms back to school along with payment (cash/check/zelle) by Oct. 15th! 
Online sales are open until Oct. 17th!

Please remember, the pies and cookie dough will be delivered FROZEN to the school on November 17th and MUST be picked up that day as we cannot store them at school. We will announce the timing once it gets closer. The other products available in the online store only, ship directly to each customer's home so you do not need to worry about distribution!

Academic Corner: Upcoming Exams and Test Preparation

Nearly all of our students have completed our fall benchmark assessments in reading and math. They are working hard to show what they know so our educators have current information to help them plan effectively to meet student needs. Our staff will be focused on using this data next Wednesday during our early release time.
